About P.A.P Construction
The list of the projects, this division is involved with, is long. Some of them are listed:
- The planning of the Amoliani Island Main Harbor was in 1999. - P.A.P Construction was also responsible for the planning and the project management of the renovation of the dormitories of Anatolia College, the American School of Thessaloniki. This project was realized in summer 2001. P.A.P Construction completely upgraded the looks of the school’s dormitories, which are ready to host double the size of students than before. The rooms are now easy going in terms of life style and updated in terms of technological infrastructure. - The renovation of Alexander the Great Beach Hotel was realized during the winter of 2004. This project took partially place during winter that the hotel was closed for the season. It was a renovation that started from the basic hotel's infrastructure, the outdoors re- designing and was finally completed with the rooms' refurnishing. Upon completion in April 2004, the rooms were refurnished with the aesthetics of the 21st century, a concentration in the light and airy atmosphere as well as the traditional natural Greek elements in furniture. The National Organization of Tourism upgraded Alexander The Great Beach Hotel as a 4- star hotel. - P.A.P Construction designed and constructed ten (10)detached residences in Oraiokastro, Thessaloniki. - One more on-going project is the restoration work carried out on two privately owned landmark buildings located in the center of Thessaloniki. - P.A.P Construction was also involved in the renovation of Agionissi Resort in Amoliani, completed in 2007. - The implementation of the development plans of the Xenia Ouranoupolis hotel, which includes the addition of 48 more rooms in bungalows, by keeping also the original construction style and flair of the ‘60’s, when it was original constructed, due in 2008. - P.A.P Construction also designed retail shops, private houses & residences in Thessaloniki, Halkidiki & Athens. - The renovation of ASTORIA hotel in Thessaloniki is the latest project in action this year.For additional information about P.A.P Corp., please contact the Head Offices of P.A.P Corp. or directly at:
