An independent, subsidiary design and construction company operates at 3, Aristotelous Square in Thessaloniki, specializing in the restoration of landmark buildings, the renovation and reconditioning of hotel complexes, conducting studies for development programs, the design and construction of commercial centers, the design and construction of buildings and residences and the planning & design of Public areas. Fotios P. Papadopoulos, P.A.P Corp. President and CEO, an architect of the Aristotelean Polytechnic School of Thessaloniki, is the creator of this division.
